Children's Museum

Rion and I went on a field trip yesterday to the Children's Museum in Indianapolis. It is a terrific facility, with a lot of "hands on" activities. We got to see two traveling exhibits, Tutankhamen and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which are both only there for a short time. It was very interesting! We also explored the other permanent exhibits that they have. Fun day!!

Lock-In

Fearless 365, the youth group at church, had a lock-in on Friday night. Our boys couldn't stay the night, because they had to be up early for meets and games on Saturday. They did hang out, eat pizza and play games until about 11:00. Brenden's team won the "lemonade game"! They had a great time!!

Bowling

Darec went to a birthday party on Friday and bowled his best game ever. Awesome!

Visitor

I was getting ready to back out of my driveway yesterday, when a butterfly came and sat on my windshield. I was reminded of how good God is, and how He changes us from a worthless worm, into a beautiful creation. I am so grateful!

It's My Time

Our church hosted the "It's My Time Conference" this weekend. Got to see CeCe Winans and Gloria Copeland. It was a blessing!

Otter Creek had their first Cross Country meet today. Rion is running on JV and got 10th. He ran the 3K in 15:10. Good job, Rion!
